Lab

BREAK
THE SYSTEM
APART.

The Core’s primitives — cells, paths, type and timing — pulled out and played with on their own. These are experiments and motion studies, not production systems, and they are labelled that way on purpose.

Experiment

Packet field

The integration core’s processing cells, responding to proximity. Pointer only — on touch it holds a static state rather than pretending to have a cursor.

Motion study

Type in motion

BREAK APART, REASSEMBLE.

Per-character staggering — the same grammar the System Core separates with, applied to a line of type.

Motion study

Path drawing

Stroke-length drawing, the primitive every leader line and route on this site is built from.

Prototype

Timing playground

Research

Model tooling

TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, Gemini and Ollama, used as tooling rather than as a product claim. Nothing here has been promoted into a production decision path.

Note

Why the Lab is separate

Experiments and production systems get confused with each other constantly in portfolios. Keeping them on different routes, with different labels, means the six case studies can be read as what they are: software that runs, that someone depends on, and that I am responsible for.
